Shot this in Stanstead, Quebec, witch was sitting on top of a house - converted to cartoon appearance with Topaz plugin( cannot recall which), then colors changed using Perfect Effects from On One Software, then added a texture from French Kiss Textures called Poppy 5184 from the Artiste collection - HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO ALL!
